You are ready to begin your secure application for a payment processing merchant account.  Opening a merchant account is equivalent to opening a new bank account and requires the same information and security.  To complete the application ensure that you have the following information available:

Information Required:

• Federal Tax ID # if applicable

• Owner/Partners personal information including:                    

  • Social security #'s

  • Home addresses

  • Date of birth

  • Drivers license #

Documents Required:

• Voided Check (you will fax a copy or upload the image later)

• Additional Documents MAY be required depending on your estimated monthly volume.
